The consultation I had was very efficient but it is the follow on that Mr Ampay has let hinself down on. It took over three months to write the report which should have been done in about a week. Then because I can't have the suggested MRI it has taken at least the same amount of time for him to resond. As this is linked to an accident claim he heas delayed the decision for a year which has cost me a lot of money and suffering.
