Excellent service from Mr Batra throughout the entire process. I had a micro-fracture procedure over 6 years ago, but had been struggling again for over a year and the pain was daily. It had got to the point where it had become the norm. Mr Batra diagnosed that it was osteochondritis dissecans and discussed how he could help alleviate the pain and what options were available. This put me at ease, as the issue hadn't been formally diagnosed before. The bio-poly implant procedure was explained in a simple way that I could understand, including all of the potential downsides and risks. I was sure that I wanted to proceed, Mr Batra was very understanding of the pain I was going through and he was diligent in getting budget sign off and approval. I had no worries or concerns about the surgery, I knew that Mr Batra was more than capable. It's been 9 weeks since the operation and the recovery is going very well. There's been great aftercare by Mr Batra and the Physio at Oaklands Hospital.

I am amazed how well I can walk seven weeks after my hip replacement operation. The surgery was carried out by Mr Gaurav Batra. From the initial consultation through to the operation and aftercare has been wonderful. Mr Batra was caring and understanding and talked us through ever aspect of the procedure prior to the operation. Its hard to find anything further to say other than he has been brilliant. Thank you so much.

I visited Mr Batra with a condition in my right knee that, at it's worse, prevented me from even lifting my foot off the floor, or even getting into and out of bed without someone having to lift my leg off the floor. Within two consultations I was diagnosed with chronic tendonitis and a treatment plan was suggested that included a minor op. At every stage Mr Batra to took time to explain exactly what would happen (including that the op would be very painful) in a way that felt like he absolutely placed me at the centre of the process. The op was undertaken around 6 months ago and since then I have had absolutely no re-occurrence of the condition, I am back swimming and spinning to keep fit, and am slowly building up to a return to 5 a side. (I am now 55).
