I had a total hip replacement February 9th by Mr Batra and was amazed at the movement I had strtaightaway.
I am off painkillers but have paracetamol if I have been doing too much(usually I just sit down for a while)
To be painfree after more than 5 years is brilliant and to no longer be in constant pain I feel a lot better in myself
I am using just one crutch when outdoors, but none around the house or garden, but I am sure it wont be long before I stop using it
