Dr Ross had been recommended to me by friends. He does not sell himself or over promise during your initial consultation . I actually liked this approach as I knew he had great expertise . My operation went really smoothly and the healing went really well. I did email in with one query over the second weekend post op and Dr Ross rang me straight back as the nurses were not available at that time. I really appreciated that quick response. Overall a really good experience and I am happy with my results and feeling much more confident .

I had a consultation with Mr Ross to discuss breast reductions. I was extremely nervous and wasn't even sure I would go ahead. However, after the consultation I felt very reassured and comfortable that his experience and good practice and advice would mean I was in safe hands. Mr Ross was realistic in his explanations and I felt fully informed.

I am extremely pleased with the care and efficiency of all the staff at the Alexandra hospital and in particular those on the Richmond Suite.
