Mr Ross & his team were exceptional from start to finish. At the initial consultation he took me through the different options, the pros & cons, the risks & benefits, of the procedure. I was shown a photo bank of results that other patients had had so was clear what realistically could be achieved & any limitations. I didn't feel rushed at any stage & responded promptly to questions I forgot to ask after the appointment. Follow up with the admin staff was efficient & timely. After opting for the procedure I was guided through what was going to happen in the days leading up to & on the day of surgery during a zoom call. I had a pre op medical & pharmacy appointment so the hospital was aware of any issues my body might have as a result of the procedure. The day of surgery was very calm & without any drama whatsoever; from the moment I stepped through the door at the Alexandria I was put at ease & supported by the friendly, professional staff, nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean, calm & quite and my relatives were allowed to visit anytime. The room was locked when I wasn't there so I didn't have to worry about my possessions. As someone who's never had surgery I was understandly nervous and fearful of what was to come. At every stage of the day I understood what was going on & the staff were one step ahead of me - for example my meal order was taken before surgery so I didn't have to fuss when I came round, my pain was well managed & was even visited by a physio before discharge to make sure I could mobilise properly once I got home. My aftercare was great too - I was seen regularly by the consultant & specialist nurse Emma to ensure my wounds were dressed & my recovery was on track. At one stage I was concerned over a wound weeping, I contacted Mr. Ross' PA & was seen 2 hours later! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Ross, his team & the Alexandria to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. It's a big deal, you're paying a considerable amount of money & it's your body at risk. You are in safe hands with this highly professional & experienced practice.

I had abdominal surgery done by Mr Garry Ross in January, I was made to feel at ease straight away with Mr Ross and his staff answering any questions or concerns I had, I would highly recommend Mr Ross and the wonderful staff at The Alexadra Hospital. Nothing was ever too much trouble and someone was always at hand (day & night) to give advice. Dr Ross made me feel very comfortable from the get go. I went from feeling very nervous to completely calm and ready after the first face to face consultation. He listened to what I was after/ the look I wanted and the result was even better than I expected. I felt that I knew all the pros and cons of the surgery and therefore felt I knew what I was getting myself into. His nurse was extremely comforting and again calmed my nerves and was also very responsive to any questions I had. All in all I would do it all over again and have been recommending him already. Thank you!

I was really pleased with my breast augmentation. The operation and the recovery went really well and the results were exactly what I was looking for.
