Mr Ross is very calm mannered, he listened to my concerns about not wanting to be too large and still being able to continue with my running and cycling. I could not be happier with the care, hospital, service and result.

I had my rhinoplasty procedure by Mr Ross on 6th September 2017, currently 4 weeks post op. I can honestly say that I am more than happy with my current results and the journey I've been on with the Gary and his staff. From the initial consultation and all the appointments that followed up until my surgery date I felt that Mr Ross listened to exactly what my concerns were about my nose. He explained what he would do to improve my side profile (as this is what I was concerned about) with realistic intentions. I also met with Dr Cameleri who deals with the functioning aspect of the nose to ensure I will be able to breathe through my nose after my rhinoplasty. Having both Dr Ross and Dr Camileri as my surgeons was one of the main reasons I chose to have my rhinoplasty with Dr Ross as I didn't want a aesthetic gain for a functional loss. Dr Cameleri was very good in our consultation and put me at ease as he also understood exactly what I wanted and had the exact same vision for the outcome as Gary and myself. On the day of my surgery I started to get extremely anxious but was also very excited as I had been wanting rhinoplasty for over 8 years! I was shown to my private room and the nurses and staff were all very reassuring and helpful. I felt very at ease. After my procedure I was woken up by a nurse and I felt tired but absolutely fine! That day I relaxed comfortably in my hospital room and enjoyed the fabulous food! I had absolutely no pain at all. I have experienced no pain at all from my nose since my surgery. The only thing I was first concerned about when I had my bandages taken off was the swelling, my nose looked quite big, however now, 4 weeks later, it's already drastically changed and the swelling is very minimal! I'd definitely recomend Gary Ross to anyone that was considering rhinoplasty!

In March of this year (2017) I went to see Mr Gary Ross at the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle. I wanted to know if anything could be done to correct and improve the appearance of my stomach which had been left somewhat of a disaster area following two pregnancies and a couple of previous surgeries which had left me unhappy with the appearance and extremely body conscious to say the least. During my consultation with Mr Ross, I was examined with dignity and then told what I could realistically expect from an abdominoplasty. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I was informed that there was a very strong possibility that in order to obtain the best result for me an incision may have to be made from the pubic area up to my navel in addition to the expected scaring from the abdominoplasty. I went away to consider my options and returned to see Mr Ross in July, having decided to go ahead with the surgery and my operation was scheduled for the 11th July. I was admitted to a very pleasant, comfortable room on the Richmond ward, where the staff were caring, professional and friendly. The operation went ahead and when Mr Ross came to see me afterwards he told me that the procedure had gone really well and that he had managed to avoid making the expected incision up to my navel. I was very surprised but extremely pleased to hear this. My care from start to finish has been wonderful and I am delighted with the result, especially my new 'belly button'. What Mr Ross has managed to achieve for me has given me back my body confidence, my clothes fit better and I can now actually look at myself without cringing. I am so grateful to Mr Ross and all concerned with both my surgery and my pre and post operative care and I would recommend Mr Ross to anyone who is thinking about cosmetic surgery.

It took me a very long time to decide on a surgeon to perform my facelift and eyes. I have researched many websites and reviews and then I saw a few consultants before I actually decided on having it done. I am now over 6 months from having the surgery and I am healed and back to normal. It has made such a difference to my life. my confidence and my outlook on life. I am only 60 so I will hopefully enjoy many more years with my new face. Big thank you.
