Dr Ross was the third of four surgeons I had meetings with before deciding who I wanted to carry out my procedure. From the initial meeting with him I felt completely at ease and confident in his knowledge, experience and compassion.
Dr Ross was thorough when explaining the various options I had available to me, what I could expect from each one and answered all questions I had relating to the surgery.
At no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision and never felt that I was being swayed into something I didn't want (which I had experienced with another Dr).
The operation went extremely well, the after care was fantastic whilst I was recovering in hospital and I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery.
Dr Ross' staff and all of the hospital staff were all fantastic.
I would definitely recommend Dr Ross to anybody!
