Dr Ross was very personable, he listened and he gave me all the information, risks, options, so I could make an informed decision about my procedure. He was also very open and honest about the different options. The care before, during and afterwards has been fantastic from Dr Ross and all his team. They put me at ease and I felt able to ask any questions or raise any concerns with no judgement. They made the process easy, straightforward and stress free and I am so pleased with the results of my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Ross. This is my second procedure with Dr Ross, and both times I have been completely satisfied.
