Mr Ross is an expert in his field .He discusses options and explains outcomes . I had nerve damage which caused a palsy on the left side of my face . My eye was partially closed and felt puffy and dry . I had a blephrooplasty on both eyes to make them equal and even up the face symmetry . This was defiantly achieved beyond my expectations. I healed really quickly and the scars have disappeared , there is no evidence whatsoever that I had the operation. Mr Ross is very professional in his approach he won't do surgery that is unnecessary . I was due to have an eyebrow lift to follow my blepharplasty, but on review he recommended that we had achieved our goal and in his opinion it wasn't required . I also wanted to explore surgery to help me smile again he explained what that could look like, but again recommended that in his view there would be little or no gain and more risk . I'm confident that he will always advise in the patients best interest which is why he is so highly rated.
