As soon as I had my initial constultatiom with Mr Ross, I felt at ease that I was going to be happy with the results. Mr Ross made me feel comfortable. The whole process has been a great experience with the hospital, mr Ross and all of his staff. It has made me confident and comfortable with myself. Thank you for everything!
