Mr Ross and all his team were very professional yet friendly. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to go ahead with my upper eyelid surgery. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the procedure with the surgeon and the lovely nurse on hand to distract me while under local in theatre. I didn't feel any pain so very happy with the results so far. I am due to go back next week for a check up and change of dressing which is all part of the service. Will go back again in 6 weeks for a final check up. The surgeon really seemed to care and nothing was too much even offered to see me anytime if I had any concerns. Overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and his team.
