I appreciated that Mr Gans fitted me in at short notice despite his very busy schedule. He appreciated my difficulties and an urgent need for treatment, was compassionate, and clearly highly knowledgable. I felt confidence in the decisions he made for treatment. He was approachable and easy to talk to, including follow up phone calls.
Mr Thiagamoorthy listened to everything I said - and even agreed to do a procedure additional to the one he originally suggested - at my request.
He was also considerate to my discomfort - and agreed to do prescribed procedures under GA - due to them being too painful to be done conscious.
Mr Thiagamoorthy was very kind and welcoming, and quickly put me at ease.He made sure that I understood the procedure and asked if I had any questions, before giving my consent. I was able to watch the procedure on screen and ask questions throughout. I said I was waiting the results of an MRI Scan done 2 months previously and he looked it up on screen for me and contacted the Head Radioagrapher to chase it up. He was aware of my concerns due to the amount of pain I was experiencing. He also alerted me, sympathetically, to the possibility that the scan may not show a cause for the pain, which I appreciated at a later date. He was very thorough and professional and I was grateful for his care
Mr Thiagamoorthy listened to my concerns and communicated well throughout the process, explaining clearly the pros and cons to make an informed decision. I felt no pressure at any time. My surgery went well and he followed up well afterwards. I was very satisfied.
Mr Thiagamoorthy is a very nice caring Doctor and gives you all the advise to help your situation. He also gave me his secretary Tel number which is reassuring if I have a problem.
