I had excellent care from Mr Harinath from the very beginning of my treatment,and continued to do so until I was discharged. Everything was fully explained to me about my operation and me and my family were put at ease,this was also helped by the fact that he had a great sense of humour! I had my operation on the 9th January. I had keyhole surgery and the procedure went very well enabling a quicker recovery time,and left hospital 2 days later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Harinath to anyone who needs surgery.

Great surgeon but needs to work on talking to patients and their families. Suggest training in talking to patients with dementia. My mother has dementia and he belittled her and told her she wouldn’t know. He yawned all the way through the consultation. We felt like just another body. Suggest he reads notes to remind himself of the patient before they enter the room.

I was recently in The Wm Harvey Hosp for an emergency operation under the care of Mr Harinath and his team and cannot speak highly enough of the care given to me. Mr Harinath reassured me and explained his thought process in planning the operation which he managed to carry out with the highest degree of professionalism. The after care on Kings A2 was surperb and helped towards my early discharge. Overall my care at The Wm Harvey Hosp was of the highest standard and I am grateful to Mr Harinath and his team and all the staff at the Hospital. Sincerely, Ian Luckhurst.
