Reviews
Mr. Amen diagnosed my throat cancer and supervised my subsequent care. He was measured, authoritative and highly responsive to my needs and concerns. I have been treated and cured by the superb team that he leads at Addenbrookes. The team I was treated by, were caring, knowledgable and the follow up post treatment has been diligent and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of the NHS treatment I have received and would call out Oncology consultant Will Ince for his skills and empathy. This team have saved my life. You can’t say more than that. Bravo and thank you.
Mr Amen was fantastic with my son and made him feel at ease throughout the process, his communication was clear and well explained. Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend.
He is friendly and a very good doctor who supported me through my surgery and currently in my recovery.
Mr Furrat Amen performed a operation to remove a adenoma from my parathyroid, which thankfully was successful, before the operation he listened to all the problems I was having, due to the adenoma, and 6 weeks after the operation, he again took time to listen and talk to me, he didn't make me feel, that I was a inconvenience, he seems a lovely man, and thank you so much for my operation and taking time for me.
What an amazing surgeon and a caring man. He successfully carried out very tricky surgery on my throat and probably extended my life.
Highly recommended.
