Dr Hashmi was excellent in all areas, diagnosed my shoulder problem a booked in for surgery quickly. Good explanations of what was happening and how it was going to be fixed. Surgery went well and shoulder is better than ever now it’s healed.
Dr Faiz Hashmi handled my case well and was very clear when talking to me about what the issue was and also handled my surgery with care. He followed up quickly and answered anything I wanted to know.
I was referred by my GP to see Dr Hashmi for ongoing problems with my shoulder. I had tried physio, cortisone injections but nothing seemed to work. He arranged an X-ray and an MRI to see exactly what the problem was, which he found straight away, I was offered surgery to fix it which I had two weeks ago and can say I’m so happy that it went very successfully. my quality of life has been very poor for several years with constant pain but I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I am so happy to be able to look forward to getting my life back on track. Highly recommend this surgery which is called ARTHROSCOPIC SUBACROMONIAL DECOMPRESSION. Fantastic Doctor who put me at ease and was very transparent with the procedure.
Mr Hashmi confirmed my carpal tunnel problem and explained surgery required in a relaxed and friendly manner. I was booked in 3 weeks later and arrived at meriden hospital at 12.30, my operation was 40mins later and was totally painless and incident free. It took about 20 mins in theatre , after coffee and a biscuit I was picked up and home by 14.30. stitches were removed about 10 days later and within 3 weeks the hand was pretty much healed. with just a small neat scar.
I coudn't recommend Mr Hashmi more highly. My 6 months of carpal tunnel pain and sleepless nights were over in less than 2 hours .
Excellent advice. Highly knowledgable experienced consultant. Shoulder operation was executed to plan with no issues. Delighted with results and would highly recommend.
