Doctor Verzin has remarkable personal qualities, he is an attentive and solicitous listener and is careful to ensure that he obtains details of your whole situation, in order to best advise you. He is a person who would be very capable in dealing with a nervous or anxious patient as he puts one at ease. As a Doctor, he is realistic about the range of options, potential difficulties, dangers involved and what result you might reasonably expect and seems concerned on your behalf which is reassuring. You have the impression Doctor Verzin thinks actively and carefully of the details of your problems and of the technical approaches he might use in any operation. It is notable he takes time to talk about recovery and your longer term health, not simply about immediate issues and he conveys the impression of sincerity in all he does.

Mr Verzin is one of the most effective consultants I have encountered in this field. He gets right to the heart of the matter and is the nicest, most approachable doctor I have had dealings with in a long time. Definately worth a private appointment to help resolve spinal problems or refer you onto pain management.

Mr Verzin is a very courteous and professional consultant. He treated me for lower back pain at Kingsbridge hospital. He showed great empathy and was very methodical in his approach to treating my problem. He very quickly ruled out surgery at this stage and went to great lengths to ensure what my problem was and how he proposed to deal with it. I can highly recommend Mr Verzin and his team

Eugene Verzin.. ACDF performed at The RVH in Belfast in July 2016 and recently discharged. Mr Verzin from the very onset of outpatient examinations right through to surgery and post surgery reviews was exemplary in his consultations with me. Showed great empathy and professional yet friendly approach to me at all times. It made the difference when your Consultant and his medical team all had a really great approach with patients at a time when anxiety levels can be high. Sadly I do not recall the 2 other doctors names who were also excellent, but Mr Verzin I do recall by name and hold him in extremely high esteem as a Specialist and a great "bedside manner" - Great man...
