I liked this man from the first time I met him, he says it like it is, he is approachable, answers questions no matter if it seems irrelevant, he is genuinely interested in both questions he asks and answers given. When I had my knee replacement I was under no illusion that if the procedure failed it would be my fault through not putting in enough effort with post op exercise etc, well, not wanting to be told off, this is exactly what I did, and, today, during my follow up appointment, praise and credit was given for progress made!
Well done Mr Chowdhury, you are a Prince amongst men!
