Elliot Benjamin agreed to see me at short notice because of an emergency drop in my hearing. His schedule was full, but he understood that he might have the opportunity to restore my hearing if he responded to me immediately.
He asked the right questions, listened to me, and sent me on my way with a 50% hope for recovery, and he will monitor me..
