Mr Clark operated on me in September 2018, he explained the situation with the cancer I had and how it effected my bowel, stomach, and spleen, and how the Chemo had worked prior to my operation. He explained with the aid of sketches what he intended to do, he explained everything in great detail and answered all the questions my wife and i asked. I was totally reassured by the way he dealt with everything and his positive nature put us at ease, he explained in plain English what everything meant. A very talented surgeon and humble man who we felt was interested in me not just the procedure. On post operative visits with Mr Clark, he gave me time to discuss any problems or worries making sure that I left happy with everything. I would recommend Mr Clark to anyone as an excellent surgeon and lovely human being. Thank you Mr Clark for all you've done for me and many others.

This consultant sent home my elderly disabled mother home 3 days after surgery even though she was in pain, had a temperature and possible infection. She raised concerns that she hadn’t opened her bowels after surgery, but he didn’t seem interested. Needless to say she was readmitted 2 days later as an emergency.

I went in for a gastroscopy today. From the receptionists Tracy and Jeanette to the Consultant Edwin Clark I was treated with great kindness, understanding and courtesy. What was a nerve racking experience turned into a straightforward and not unpleasant experience.. Thank you all.
