Mr Lee is, in addition to being a superb surgeon, an excellent communicator which makes an appointment with him a lesson in your problem. Not only does he tell you what is going well, but also what what to watch for if things are not going quite as expected. He is always available for advice. I also enjoy the way he involves students (with your approval of course) and explains to them what to watch for.
I wholeheartedly endorse Mr Lee's skills.
