I recently had my varicose veins removed under the care of Mr Chaloner and his team. I originally met Mr Chaloner as my ankles and feet were very swollen. He took one look at my veins and was almost certain that this was causing the problem. They were very unsightly and causing a rushing sensation in my legs too. I had each leg operated on separate occasions. The whole procedure was explained to me and went as planned. I was sore afterwards, but advised to take painkillers for a few days. I cannot believe the difference that having this operation has made. My legs no longer have unsightly lumps, my ankles are no longer swollen and the tingling sensation has gone. My Challoner is clearly very experienced in this field and I would highly recommend him.
