Mr Derek Ho

Mr Ho gave me my vision back in my right eye .I had a dense catarac in my eye and couldnt see anything through it didnt have the confidence to have it done . Mr ho gave me the confidence to have it done he explained everything in a way that i understood from start to finish he was amazing and thanks to him i got my eye site back in right eye it was a possible that i wouldnt have had vision in it again but i have. I highly recommend mr ho he amazing and thank you once again for everything and my son and daughter and granddaughter said thank you aswell

Mr ho was by far the best doctor of ant kind that I have ever seen he filled me with confidence from the minute he saw my injury reasured me that he would do all he can to help without Mr ho and his steady hands and expertise I would be blind and I'm forever in debt thank you so much

Mr Ho was very professional and explained all aspects of the procedure, even when it was taking place. This made me feel at ease and less tense. It's now 2 weeks after my procedure and my eye is excellent - no pain, discomfort, etc. Mr Ho did a great job.

My Mum underwent cataract surgery in January. My Mum was apprehensive as she was virtually blind and we understood that the cataract surgery was complicated in her case. Mr. Ho spoke to myself and Mum, listing things that could go wrong, but assuring her that she was in safe hands. As soon as my Mum returned from the surgery she could see a little better and that remains the same today. She is so grateful to Mr. Ho.

Mr Derek Ho was friendly, he explained the procedure clearly. My cataract operation went smoothly and my eyesight is now very much improved.A big thanks to Derek and all the team at Spa Medica Gloucester.

I would like to say a few words on how my eye condition has been managed by Mr Derek Ho. For many years, I have not had a very good experience with my eye treatment. In fact, I’ve been promised treatment by the resident consultant with him saying “I’ll do the cataract operation myself” only to find on my next appointment he had Retired.. On meeting Mr. Derek Ho I immediately felt comfortable. He is straight talking, he is very understandable and having had a cataract operation by him, I have found him more than excellent at this job. Doctor Ho has now performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. My eyesight is now much improved. Both operations were performed with minimal discomfort to myself. I was very impressed with Dr. Ho's skill and expertise. And all done in a very friendly and patient manor.
