He took time to listen to me and explained the treatment he was performing in great detail and the options that were there for me . Excellent treatment & initial care, carefully explaining my diagnosis, care and follow up treatment fully in an easily understandable, friendly manner and also with humour. Put me totally at ease, very friendly, shook my hand and was very professional. Made me feel like not just another patient or that I was being rushed so he could get to the next appointment and asked if I had any questions regarding my injury, care or follow up.
