A phone call from the doctor after I had spoken to a physiotherapist about my problem. He doublechecked that I was happy with the advice I had been given by the physiotherapist and he offered me some extra prescription pain relief if I needed it and gave me advice about the pain relief that I was taking it home. He was most concerned and very helpful.

I have always had telephone consultations with Dr Warwicker, if I had been asked about the his in the beginning I would probably not have been happy. However it has worked very well. If I need to physically see a doctor, this is arranged. I have spoken to Dr Warwicker about a range of issues. He is always patient, extremely knowledgeable and very through. I have a great deal of confidence in his ability to treat me effectively . Now always ask for him if available.

The doctor was uncaring, unsympathetic and did not listen at all. Did not offer any advice for my chronic pain.
