From my first meeting with Mr David Ratliff I felt confident to have my double inguinal hernia repair proceedure with him and his excellent team at Three Shires. He was throughout the process attendive, personable and extreemly professional. The operation was completed and I returned home in a day. It has since given me absolute confidence that I will return to full health and work in good time. His follow up after three weeks has confirmed my feelings and given me confidence to continue my rehabilitation with good advice and good sense. Leaving the door open for advice should I have any concern. I can't thank enough the whole team, from everyone in the operating theatre, right through all the nursing and care and cleaning staff who are doing such a great job particularly in this difficult time where covid19 is a constant worry. Last but not least secretary Sue Harrison who was definitely prompt, informative and a breath of fresh air. Thank you all!
