It has been a absolute pleasure to be treated by Mr Ratliff, his level and standard of communication with me has been superb throughout delays to my surgery caused by the pandemic. He fully explained my condition and treatment required to a satisfactory degree so I fully understood every detail of what’s involved ,this helped reduce my anxieties. We are in extraordinarily difficult times especially for our NHS, despite this Mr Ratliff and others provided an exceptional service. I’m now fully recovered and able to enjoy good health. Many thanks
