I cannot praise Mr Ratliff enough, from our first telephone consultation to my surgery and aftercare, he was kind, informative answered all my questions, explained everything in great detail so that I would understand, and reassured me every step of the way, he really does care about his patients.
I had a parathyroidectomy and a thyroid nodule aspirated, my scar is so neat and in time I'm sure will be barely noticeable in the future, I'm truly grateful to him and his team for doing my surgery and greatly improving the quality of my life, thank you.
