I met mr Johnson in April to discuss possible surgery for my protruding ear which had been a source of self conscious anxiety for me for many years. He was very polite, friendly and professional we discussed the potential surgery and he was very reassuring with regards to the procedure that he was able to offer and the potential results. This gave me the confidence to go ahead with the operation and I elected to have this in July. On the day of the operation again mr Johnson was very polite friendly and reassuring. The operation went well and as he had said it would and my follow up appointment several weeks later where bandages were removed again he was very reassuring and professional. Overall my experience has been a very smooth one and Mr Johnson has been wonderfully professional and reassuring. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and now have some new freedoms as a result of this. Thank you so much
