Mr David Houlihan-Burne is patient, caring, informative, funny and kind. I was very scared and asked many questions, all of which were answered with care and attention, enabling me to gather enough information to feel I really was making the right decision. I felt really reassured all the way up to the operating table and afterwards, as my questions continued. He truly does care about his patients and that's amazing considering how busy he is, but he does and I hope you are lucky enough to experience his care and expertise.

A fantastic surgeon who suggested a procedure I didn’t even know existed (osteotomy) , which he carried out with great success. It is an alternative to total knee replacement and enables me to carry on playing sports at an intensity which I couldn’t achieve before the operation. I am now completely pain free and have full power & movement . If you are suitable for this procedure then it can be life changing, & I have Dr Houlihan-Burne to thank… A skilled & gifted Surgeon.
