I believe his greatest skill, apart from his obvious medical skills is his ability to listen and devote himself entirely to the patients needs. So lacking in the hard pressed medical services of today. I have watched him on his ward round daily and listened to patients comments afterwards. Thank you Sir you are not only a well qualified surgeon but also a gentleman.
