From my first consultation with Mr Ankers I felt very comfortable and in good hands, he listened to my issues and concerns and then put together a treatment plan. On the day of surgery he was very reassuring and compassionate. Post op appointment he explained all I needed to know. Mr ankers secretary was also a pleasure, very polite and efficient at her job. Mr Ankers put me at ease from the onset, fully listening to my concerns and providing all the information I needed about my procedure. I felt totally looked after before and after surgery. I would like to recommend Mr Ankers to others seeking a consultation. I felt he listened to my concerns fully and made me feel at ease. The appointment was not rushed and I had adequate time to discuss my situation. The investigations I required were fully explained to me and how and when I would get my results. My dignity was respected throughout the consultation and I was actively involved in making decisions during the appointment.
