Darren Chester was very welcoming and listened to me. He then explained in full detail what the condition was and how he was going to treat the condition along with all the pros and cons. He also confirmed I understood what he had told me and when I went in for treatment he was again very professional and made me feel perfectly relaxed and trusting in the procedure. After the treatment he then went through the aftercare with me and I was advised of how scarring would possibly look. I am really happy with the service and care I received from the reception and nurses along with a very professional Mr Darren Chester

Mr Chester was very approachable. He explained everything about the best treatment and all the possible risks. He answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me into going ahead with the treatment. The procedure went well and he was very careful and the result looks very good. The follow up consultation was very reassuring and he explained everything I need to do post procedure very clearly.

Removal of BCC (Basal Cell Carcinoma) This was an anxious procedure for me as the BCC was in a prominent position on my nose and required a skin flap from my cheek. 5 weeks in, the repair is almost invisible, so I'm delighted with the outcome. I cannot fault the care & attention I received. .... just a tip to avoid skin cancer ... WEAR SUNSCREEN!!

I had a split ear lobe which had knocked my confidence considerably and being a woman the thought of never wearing earrings again really upset me. I took the plunge to get this repaired and the care and surgery from Mr Darren Chester was remarkable. I am so pleased with the results and the care he showed.
