Darren changed my 450CC implants to smaller ones and we decided to go down to 325CC as I wasn’t happy with the large size on my implants. Darren was professional, respectful and listened to my needs and expectations. I’m very happy with my results and Darren is clearly an expert in his field. I felt comfortable with Darren and talked me through every step. I would highly recommend Darren and so pleased I chose him to perform my surgery.

After years of wanting breast reduction surgery, I felt ready after going up another two cup sizes following weight loss! Towards the end of 2022 I conducted research online to find a reputable local surgeon by using websites such as BAAPS, BAPRAS and reading reviews left by patients of surgeons on this site. I was extremely lucky to have found Mr Darren Chester after reading his reviews, medical excellence and visiting his website he was certainly coming up tops for me. My first consultation with Mr Chester was at the end of January 2023. I found him so informative, professional and with the added benefit of a calming nature, I knew I was making the right choice. I had found the perfect person to conduct my procedure. Mr Chester gave me so much information about the surgery and the risks involved that I did not have any questions to ask. I met with Mr Chester a couple more times before the procedure and I decided to go ahead without hesitation. I have never felt so at ease and excited to have a surgical procedure. (Strange I know) His secretary booked me in for the surgery on 8th March 2023. The care I received prior to surgery and following was second to none. I could not fault a single thing. Mr Chester ensures he does all his own aftercare which really puts you at ease and makes you feel as though you are the most important patient he has seen. I honestly cannot recommend Mr Chester more, such a wonderful, kind, and caring gentleman. I am over the moon with my results, and I know nothing from start to finish could have gone better for me.

I decided to approach Mr Chester for cosmetic surgery because I had met him in the course of his NHS work. I found him to be caring, empathetic, and straightforward in his approach. I think these are very important qualities. Following two detailed and informative consultations with Mr Chester I went on to have a capsulectomy, breast lift (mastopexy) and change of implants under his care. I am still at the healing stage, but I'm so pleased with the results already. Thank you Darren for looking after me so well. You did an excellent job; as they say where I'm from - молодец!

Mr Chester was very professional and very easy to talk to. He explained very clearly the details of my procedure for removal of a facial Basal Cell Carcinoma. Excellent results with no scaring. Absolute brilliant service. I would certainly recommend Mr Chester as a Plastic Surgeon.
