Had a lypoma removed from my forehead. Very pleased with the result and after only 4 weeks the scar is almost invincible.

I received really excellent care from Mr Chester. I required a small surgical procedure, which he kindly fully explained. He listened carefully to questions and provided answers and explanations I could understand. He is an outstanding surgeon and I am very pleased with my results. A very nice, caring, Doctor who will do his best for you and in whom you can have confidence. Highly recommended.

I had a breast reduction with Mr Chester in august 2022 at spire parkway hospital. I was 24 and I’d been considering a breast reduction since I was 16. Mr Chester is professional, calm and kind and made sure that every step of the way I was well informed. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I knew the ins and outs of surgery and what I should expect.
After my surgery Mr Chester visited me each morning I was in hospital and made sure I was well looked after. All my after care was with mr chester and he answered any questions I had promptly via email.
I’m now almost 6 months post op and my scars are healing amazing. I could go on and on about how happy I am, the results are better than I could ever have dreamt of and it is genuinely the best decision I’ve ever made. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to Mr Chester he’s honestly changed my life.

I had a bilateral breast reduction including removal of accessory breast tissue in my armpit carried out by Mr Chester in May 2022. My experience was brilliant from start to finish. Mr Chester is so approachable, caring and knowledgable in his field he put me completely at ease and I had and still have full trust in him. Even now I have been discharged from his care I would have no hesitation in contacting him if I had any issues/ questions - nothing is too much trouble for him.
The surgery itself was something I had been considering for over 10 years and was completely life changing for me. I’m so glad I did it and couldn’t be happier with my results!
The care I received from the staff at Spire parkway was also exceptional.
My advice to anyone considering surgery with Mr Chester would be to book a consultation - you will not regret it!!

Mr Chester is a consultant plastic surgeon. He qualified from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1995 with Honours in Pharmacology. He was trained in plastic surgery in the West Midlands. He is on the GMC specialist register for plastic surgery and was awarded the prestigious McGregor medal for achieving the highest mark in the FRCS(Plast.) examination. He has worked in the field of plastic surgery for the last 15 years and was appointed a consultant at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (formerly Selly Oak Hospital) in 2007. He also provides the plastic surgery service for Worcestershire (Kidderminster Hospital and Worcestershire Royal Hospital). He prides himself on his communication skills and involves patients fully in decision-making so that a tailored treatment plan is made. He has recently ran a communication skills course for plastic surgery doctors.
He has a number of specialist interests including: cosmetic breast surgery (enlargement, reduction, uplift, correction of asymmetry), tummy tuck surgery, liposuction, eyelid bag correction, scar revision, pinnaplasty (ear pinning), removal of skin lesions including skin cancers, hand surgery, amputation stump revision.
