Mr Daoud Makki

I was referred to Dr Makki by my physiotherapist in relation to the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I'd been doing physio exercises and it was getting worse. Dr Makki explained the possible treatments and I opted for surgery. Dr Makki explained the procedure and the possible outcomes. The operation took place at the London Bridge Hospital (not on your options below) and Dr Makki explained exactly what he'd done and whet I needed to do in recovery.. I attended physiotherapy for a number of months, with regular progress meetings with Dr Makki. I was very interested in the problem and progress and any questions I asked were answered in great detail, which I appreciated. Dr Makki was very encouraging and positive on my recovery progress and I felt very comfortable with how things went.

Dr Makki has done an excellent and thorough job is releasing the scar tissue restricting my shoulder movement. I'm in less pain and I can move more freely. Thank you!

Dr Makki was excellent - absolutely excellent. Thanks to him, my shoulder is back to 100% normal - what a wonderful thing to be able to put on a shirt or jacket without even the slightest twinge! Thank you Bryan Hanlon

I saw Mr Makki for Dupuytrens in both little fingers. Initially he did a less invasive procedure which due to a lot of scar tissue forming it did not heal well (just how my finger reacted ) he was quick on follow up to scan finger to find out what was going on which led to to the decision to perform the second invasive procedure which was very successful. He explained at all stages what was happening and put me at ease as I was more nervous having to have another procedure. I am now waiting for the other hand to be done and feel very confident in his care. I would highly recommend him.
