Mr Mitry has a quiet, confident manner which is very reassuring and he explains all the procedures and issues in a way that inspires great confidence in his knowledge and skills. The procedure I underwent was exactly as described and has had a very good outcome so far. I was really positively impressed by the whole experience. We are all aware of the pressure the NHS is under but consultations with Mr Mitry do not feel rushed or that there is no time to discuss your concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Mitry to other patients.

I worked with Mr Mitry. He is a lovely surgeon. He is patient and calm and always willing to try to help. He is very caring with patients and respectful to everybody. He works hard and always takes the time to explain and listen. I have no hesitation in recommending him as an accomplished eye surgeon.
