I saw this doctor late one night in an urgent situation and he was clear , precise and made sure I was treated correctly despite how busy he was he was polite and explained everything to me and put forward my process to make sure I became well. Amazing surgeon

Did my cochlear implant 18 months ago. Told me I would hear speech better. He was absolutely correct. The CI has transformed my ability to hear. Surgery was effective and uneventful . Totally brilliant guy. Highly recommended.

Very clear consultation and succesful operation

Saw him for a second opinion following having to make a complaint about a junior member of staff's behaviour. He sat there for 20 minutes preparing another patients paperwork for surgery with a nurse, completely ignoring us and leaving us sitting there, then he grabbed his lunch box and said we could go now because it was lunch time. Nice man. Not.
