The doctor made assumptions and did not listen to my daughter. Her hour long appointment was 20 minutes and this was their first meeting. A list of medications he wanted her to try were written on a tissue paper box lid. Vulnerable young adults need different care to this, and that is not subjective. After consideration I am placing a complaint formally.
