Mr. Arvinte has been amazing from the first consultation I had with him, pre/post operation and lastly being discharged. His patient interaction was brilliant. Very informative and relayed in a way that I could understand exactly what was going to happen putting my mind at great peace. I had a full hip replacement and was absolutely terrified but the care I received from Mr. Arvinte and the staff at The Manor was exceptional . Life changing!!

I had a full knee replacement operation in December 2025, at my first appointment Mr Arvinte explained in detail what he would have to do, and that put my mind at rest, as I am 86 years old. The operation went well, I had two follow up appointments, I am now walking well on my new knee without pain. A big thank you to Mr Arvinte.

I had a hinged knee replacement in November 2025. Mr Arvinte was very reassuring at the consultation and when I saw him before the surgery, especially as my operation was more complicated than a normal knee replacement. I have been liked after by all the staff exceptionally well and have now recovered well.

Full knee replacement October 2025. A nice man, very engaging, his explanation of what lay ahead for my full knee replacement was spot on. The follow up appointments and aftercare were very good. Pain gone, but exercises to continue. A grateful old man

I've just had a total hip surgery, performed by Mr.Dan Arvinte, and am pleased to be able to say that he has changed my life for the better already. No pain right from the start, and the scar cleared up quickly with no problems at all. I was put at ease as soon as I entered The Manor, and all of the Staff were cheerful and helpful right throughout my stay. A great big " thankyou " to you all.

On August 30th 2025, I had a hip revision operation at Bedford Hospital by Mr Dan Arvinte. Hip revision is where a previous hip replacement has failed.so it has to be removed along with the cement that used to secure it. This operation takes a lot more time than is usual and a greater risk of blood loss. Before the operation Mr Arvinte was very reasuring going through every detail about it and speaking to you as a friend and using terminology that one could understand. Also the anaesthest Dr Soriano was just as professional explaining things very clearly and in detail, so much so that I was very confident about having my operation. My operation took about four hours with minimal blood loss thus I did not need a transfusing or any other blood boosting supplement. My hospital stay was five days and while there Mr Arvinte and Dr Soriano visited me every day. The operation has been very successful and I am nearly pain free for the first time for over six years. So I am very happy with the result of having had this operation and thank Mr Arvinte and his team especialy as I am an 88 year old and one of Jehovah Witnesses. Again my greatful thanks to Mr Arvinte and team, Mr David Watkins.

An experienced, energetic and engaging person. Straight forward and transparent. Good ratings on the National Joint Registry. My experience of a hip replacement with him and his team has been excellent and recovery uncomplicated and I would be happy to chose him if I need to replace the other hip.
