I had a total hip replacement performed by Mr Quah in January 2021 at Queen's Hospital Burton, and I am extremely delighted with the life changing outcome. All Covid procedures were in place and the team made me feel very safe and secure. Mr Quah is an outstanding, professional Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon. I found him to be very approachable and informative and he has totally restored my quality of life. Now, after almost six weeks, I am hardly aware of having had a major operation and to be completely pain free is fantastic. I thoroughly recommend Mr Quah to anyone requiring his specialist treatment in Trauma and Orthopaedic surgery.

Mr Quah was very thorough in his treatment. He took time to explain the procedure, make me aware of the benefits i would experience and any complications that could arise, so I felt thoroughly informed before I made my decision to proceed with the surgical option. I would highly recommend him.

I have had lots of Consultants look at and done surgery on my knees over the years and I found Mr Quah was the only one who sat me down and talked me through everything step by step. He also outlined all the pros and cons of the surgery I was about to receive. He is also the only one who's predictions about the surgery have been correct. He is also a very polite and patient man. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Undertook, my tricky knee replace. During the COVID 19 pandemic. Entailed, first removing 56 year old knee to ankle metal pin. Enabling total knee replacement. 8weeks later and I’m driving my camper van and planning trips to Europe as soon as it’s safe and responsible to do so. I’ve now got unbelievable improvement to my lifestyle even during the COVID 19 Pandemic. All this backed up by the exceptional social distancing measures taken by all the wonderful hospital staff during my stay. I can’t give enough praise. Thank you all
