I had my hand operation on the 23rd December. There was a really relaxed atmosphere in theatre, the staff were amazing at making you feel at ease. Mr Powell explained everything he was going to do, and even let me have a look and explained what he was doing at my request.
The operation has made a huge difference already. I have feeling back in my hand already which is amazing because I had quite a lot of nerve damage. It has healed amazingly after just four weeks.
Went back yesterday for my post op check up, only waited for 5 minutes in the waiting room and Mr Powell called me in. He was really happy with the results. It has been an all round very positive experience from start to finish.
Very professional.
