The telephone care leading up to my operation was very good. Everything was checked and double checked. On the day of the op from the reception desk through to the op and then recovery everyone put me at ease ( as I was a little nervous) Mr McLean explained things to me before the op as did the anestatist. The nurses in the recovery ward were fantastic ( wish I could remember their names) . My whole experience on the 5th March was quick professional and successful. I would try to put any future patients that I knew of at ease about coming to the EOC from my experience there.
