Mr Dawson put me totally at ease and explained the results of my tests in words that I could easily understand and then went through what happens in the future. He listened very carefully to all mine and my wife's questions and answered them very honestly and when I left I knew that I was in very good hands for any future treatment. My treatment at all stages of my illness so far has been excellent with everyone showing great empathy ,honesty and above all a very caring and professional approach.

I am very impressed by the 2 appointments I have had with Mr Dawson. I felt at ease talking to him and he answered all my questions in detail ensuring I had understood the answers. Mr Dawson gave very clear details of the various options of treatment and it was great to be given all this information in a fact sheet which was waiting for me as I left the clinic. By the time I had returned home from the first appointment on 20 September a phone message was waiting for me to arrange a date and time for a biopsy. I was given a choice of dates and times which is very helpful. The biopsy could have been carried out the next week but as I was away from home soon after the 1st appointment I opted to wait until my return. A follow up appointment letter with Mr Dawson was waiting for me when I returned from my holiday. I am very impressed with the speed, efficiency and kindness shown to me over the whole experience from GP to the consultation with Mr Dawson through to the biopsy operation and results. Thank you very much.

I was initial concerned about my treatment, however, I felt very comfortably talking to Mr Dawson about my problems and future treatments. My investigation was slightly uncomfortable, but the nurses performing the investigation were very nice and reassuring , and talked me to death, they were very sweet..!!! My follow up with Mr Dawson was very informative and helpful. Thank you
