I have had an inner knee replacement on both knees within a year, after suffering severe knee pain for the past 5 years. Mr Bailey is a very caring person, as well as giving me my life back after 2 totally successful knee operations. He was with me every step of the way, which gave me total confidence in him, so I was so pleased to hear that he would carry out the second operation. I'm now cycling and going on long walks, so a big thank you Mr. Bailey, your sincerely, Mr. Thomas.

Having had knee pain & swelling for at least two years I started to review Consultants & having been into the Nuffield ,Chandler's Ford I felt that Mr Baileys expertise sounded excellent. My first appointment straight away put me at my ease with a very friendly & easy manner in which Mr Bailey advised that the best plan would be to use the Mako Robotic -arm Assisted surgery because it's more precise . Excellent treatment with great care . Thank you Mr Bailey & the Team I am now walking well & going to the Gym . I would highly recommend Mr Bailey.

After feeling apprehensive about my forthcoming knee replacement Mr Bailey put me at ease and gave me confidence to go ahead. The operation itself was straight forward and gave me no concerns. Recovery has been as expected and I would definitely recommend Mr Bailey for any similar procedure.

Mr Bailey was friendly and welcoming on first acquaintance. He listened to my views about why I felt was now the right time for me to consider knee surgery and having seen scans and read previous information from other medical professionals explained in detail what the surgery would entail. I felt he was able to give a balanced opinion and was honest about the success rate or not of the particular knee surgery that was being considered. A plan for my surgery was agreed upon at the consultation.

Mr Bailey was truly professional, listened carefully to me and was extremely caring in his approach. He fully explained the process of knee replacements and the likely outcome but didn't insist on performing surgery even though my knee is very worn. Showing me the MRI scan pictures and explaining in easy terms what was what made everything very clear. We discussed my lifestyle, which is very active, and he was extremely happy for me to contact him when both I and my knee 'announce' it is time for a replacement. I cannot recommend Mr Bailey highly enough and almost look forward to seeing him again, even though I know it will be for surgery!
