I found Mr Bailey both friendly and professional from start to finish, after he explained my two options asked how I felt about a Robotic knee replacement ,smiling said he would be guiding the robot and then explained the procedure. I decided that I felt confident in his explanation and care, so decided to go ahead with the suggestion. While in hospital he came in daily to see how I was and also I have seen him three times since to see how I was progressing, now the swelling and scar are improving my life is getting back to more normal with out the pain. Thank you Mr Bailey for your care and expertise.
