I was under the care of Mr Chris Anderson for two years who is a very approachable, friendly and reassuring. He fully explains the problem to you in layman's language including using drawings and graphics to ensure you fully understand the problem and the necessary action required to rectify it. Having said that he pulls no punches advising you of the consequences if no action is taken. I underwent a Robotic Pyeloplasty involving the use of the Da Vinci machine and although Mr Anderson did not finish the procedure until 20.45 he personally himself phoned my daughter to advise her how the procedure went. If you have an appointment at Mr Anderson's Outpatient Clinic do not expect to get seen on time as he always runs late due to never hurrying his Consultations. Mr Anderson is a truly caring, dedicated, professional Consultant who I cannot thank enough and would not hesitate to recommend.
