Mr Anderson carried out a thorough investigation and diagnosis of my condition and how to deal with it. I felt confident in the process and results. I like to understand things in some detail and he answered all my questions.
Suggestion: I felt able to ask questions but, with those less confident, he could ask if they would like more detail.
