Mr Anderson is an approachable and professional consultant who takes time to listen and consider your problem and then to explain simply what he believes could be the cause. His use of diagrams is very helpful.
He then considers and discusses his proposed strategy for tackling the problem, using tests and diagnostics in a structured way.
Mr Anderson's office is also run in a friendly and efficient manner.
