Dr Anderson was very thorough and professional in his diagnosis. He listened carefully and posed questions to understand my concerns
He took time to explain his diagnosis and proposed plan of action
The team involved in the tests were very professional and understanding/caring.
Overall a very professional but empathetic treatment .
