Mr Anderson is highly qualified physician with an outstanding record in research publications: this of course means that he is fully up-to-date about diagnostics and therapy in his field. He is a cultured, friendly, modest, articulate gentleman with an excellent sense of humour. His understated, polite manners will put even very anxious patients at ease. His presentation of his findings/diagnosis/advice is comprehensive and clear. Unlike many of his colleagues, he does not rush patients out of his office if they have further concerns or questions. His secretary is a helpful and highly-qualified lady: she is efficient, helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding Mr Anderson's work.
